You can put this solution on YOUR website!
b represent the y-intercept...that is the place where the line crosses the y-axis...
Thus you plot the point (0, -4) first.
m represents the slope of the line, sometimes called the rise over the run...
So from your original point, you will go up 3 points and to the right 4 points and plot a second point.
Then connect them, and voila! A line!
