You can put this solution on YOUR website! The crease is the hypotenuse of the right triangle whose sides are 9 and 12, therefore if we let x be the length of the hypotenuse
x^2 = 9^2 + 12^2
x^2 = 81 + 144 = 225
x = 15 cm
the length of the crease is 15 cm
