A lot of it depends on the housing prices in your area, as well as other things that might appreciate or depreciate the house (e.g. nearby to parks, or located near a main road or train track, etc.). Even then, a .18 acre lot can be big or small depending on the neighborhood.

0.18 acre is roughly 7840 square feet. But you have to have some idea of the shape or that doesn't tell you anything. It could be a lot that is 7840 feet long but only 1 foot wide, or it could be a square about 88.5 feet on a side which would fit a modest 3 bedroom ranch house rather tidily.

By the way, how about learning how to type? All caps is shouting, and therefore annoying and rude.
