Question 209160: Use the given endpoint R and midpoint M of Line Segment RS to find the coordinates of the other endpoint S.
29. R (4, -6) M (-7, 8)
I've tried finding the distance between the x points and the y points, but I can't figure it out! THANK YOU!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
to go from R to M, it is -11 in the x direction and +14 in the y direction

since M is the midpoint, going from M to S uses the same displacements as going from R to M

S ((-7 -11),(8 +14)) ___ S (-18, 22)
