Why ask about circumference for a triangle? Do you mean for the inscribed or circumscribed circle? If you mean "perimeter" of the triangle, then use distance formula for the three sides and sum them.

AB%2BBC%2BCA

sqrt%2825%29%2Bsqrt%2825%2B49%29%2Bsqrt%2849%29
5%2Bsqrt%2874%29%2B7
12%2Bsqrt%2874%29----------perimeter of the triangle with those three vertices.

This triangle is right-angled triangle (but of course !).

For any right angled triangle the center of circumscribed circle lies at the midpoint of its hypotenuse.

Center = (0.5, -4.5).
