You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First add 3 to all sides

-13%3C5x-3%3C=17

-13%2B3%3C5x-3%2B3%3C=17%2B3

-10%3C5x%2B0%3C=20

-10%3C5x%3C=20

Then divide all sides by 5 to fully isolate x

-10%3C5x%3C=20

-10%2F5%3C5x%2F5%3C=20%2F5

-2%3C1x%2F1%3C=4

-2%3C1x%3C=4

-2%3Cx%3C=4 which is the final answer. This says in English "x is between -2 and 4 excluding -2 but including 4"
