Everywhere y= -6. The x doesn't matter. It is a horizontal line at y=-6.
If it were x=-6, it would be a vertical line.

The line  y = -6  is the horizontal line parallel to the  x-axis.
It is shown in the  Figure  below in red color.

Note:: That equation can be written as y = 0*x - 6
-------------------
Plot two points and draw a line thru them.
If x = 0, y = 0-6 = -6
That gives you the point (0,-6)

If x = 5, y = 0-6 = -6
That gives you the point (5,-6)

Plot those 2 points and draw a line thru them.
