400=4.5*R
R=400/4.5
R=89 MPH AGAINST THE WIND.
400=3.667R
R=400/3.667
R=109 MPH WITH THE WIND.
(109-89)/2=20/2=10 MPH IS THE SPEED OF THE WIND.
THE SPEED OF THE PLANE IN STILL AIR IS:
109-10=99 OR
