I'm assuming the general form of the equation
is y+=+mx+%2B+b
Substituting:
-4%2F5+=+%28-4%2F5%29%2Ax+%2B+0
solve for x
Multiply both sides by -5%2F4
1+=+x
This says that x=1 no matter what y is, so
the graph is a vertical line passing through (1,0), (1,1),
(1,2), (1,3),(1, -1), (1,-2),(1,-3) etc. on to infinity in both
+y and -y directions
