6y=30-5x Subtract 5x from both sides.


y=%2830-5x%29%2F%286%29 Divide both sides by 6 to isolate y.


y=-%285%2F6%29x%2B5 Rearrange the terms.


So in order to plot 5x%2B6y%3C=30 or y%3C=-%285%2F6%29x%2B5 (which is the same thing), we need to plot the equation y=-%285%2F6%29x%2B5 first.
