You can put this solution on YOUR website!

You need to post full instructions on what your teacher wants here.

I'll assume that you want to graph this equation.

Plug in x = 0 and solve for y
3x+2y = -6
3(0)+2y = -6
2y = -6
y = -6/2
y = -3
The point (0,-3) is the y intercept

Plug in y = 0 and solve for x.
3x+2y = -6
3x+2(0) = -6
3x = -6
x = -6/3
x = -2
The point (-2,0) is the x intercept.

Plot those two points and draw a straight line through them

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x + 2y = -6
3x+%2B+2y+=+-6+
2y=-3x-6
y=-3x%2F2-3
y=-%283%2F2%29x-3
which is now in the form, y=mx+b, slope-intercept form, so if you want to graph the line, you know what to do.
