Plug in x = 0 and solve for y
3x+2y = -6
3(0)+2y = -6
2y = -6
y = -6/2
y = -3
The point (0,-3) is the y intercept
Plug in y = 0 and solve for x.
3x+2y = -6
3x+2(0) = -6
3x = -6
x = -6/3
x = -2
The point (-2,0) is the x intercept.
Plot those two points and draw a straight line through them
