The congruence in choice D is false, so that is not the answer.
The congruences in choices A and B are true; but the required information is not given for either of them. The congruence in both cases can't be shown directly with the given information; the proof of congruence would require intervening steps.
The congruence in C is true; and you can use SAS to show the congruence. But if SAS is used, then it seems the congruence should be stated as RUS congruent to TUS -- not RSU congruent to TSU.
