a^2 + b^2 = c^2 ... pythagorean theorem

80^2 + 60^2 = c^2

6400 + 3600 = c^2

10,000 = c^2

c^2 = 10,000

c = sqrt(10,000)

c = 100


So the TV has a diagonal length of 100 cm
