Once we understand circumference we're almost home.
The formula is:
Circumference = pi (3.14) times diameter
So let's find the diameter of the tower.
10 = 3.14*D
Divide 3.14 to get:
Diameter is approx 3.18 meters for the tower so we now know with the fence the diameter is 7.18 meters.So now we can find the circumstance:
Circumference = 3.14 times 7.18
Circumference = 22.55 meters approx
