If l=4w, then the perimeter is 2(4w)+2w=360; 10w=360, and w=36 yards.
This isn't the answer, because L<4w and L<144 yds, which wouldn't give the perimeter.
Therefore, the width is at least 37 yds (to use an integer) or >36 yds.
Then the length is <144 yds and it is possible for the perimeter to be 360 yds
2L<360-2w, for w>36 yards
L<180-w, for w>36 yards
Then any value of w will have a unique value L, less than 4 times w, where the sum of L+w=180 yards, the half perimeter.
