{(10,-5), (3,3), (4,1), (4,-2)}
For the domain list all the red ones (the first ones in each parentheses,
you don't need to list the 4 twice): 
Domain = {10, 3, 4}
For the range list all the blue ones (the second ones in each parentheses):
Range = {-5, 3, 1, -2}
Note that this is NOT a function because the first coordinate 4 is used
twice in two different ordered pairs: (4,1) and (4,-2).
It is a relation, but it is NOT a function.  A second coordinate can be
used twice in two different ordered pairs in a function, but a first
coordinate canNOT be.
