If i figure that 2 goes into 38 19 times, m^3 - m^10 makes a neg exponent so I am going to put m^7 in the denominator, p^2-P^1 is p, that will go into the numerator. My answer should be.....19p%2Fm%5E7

You are correct. However, to be more precise, it should be m%5E3%2Fm%5E10=m%5E%283-10%29=m%5E-7=1%2Fm%5E7 (instead of m%5E3+-+m%5E10=m%5E7) Also, p%5E2%2Fp%5E1=p%5E%282-1%29=p%5E1=p (instead of p%5E2-p%5E1=p)
