II. Find Intercepts of 4log%284%2C%28x%2B8%29%29 0r log%284%2C%28x%2B8%29%5E4%29
note: 4log%284%2C%288%29%29
log%284%2C%288%29%29 = 3/2 , (4^(3/2) = 8)
4(3/2) = 6
III. Plot (-9,0),(-7,0),(0,6), draw vertical asymptote x = -8 and sketch Blue
