You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The equation is:

%283%2F%284%2Ax%29%29%2B2=1%2F8

Subtract 2 from both sides of this equation to get:

%283%2F%284%2Ax%29%29+=+-15%2F8

Multiply both sides of this equation by 4x to get:

3+=+%28-15%2F8%29%2A4%2Ax

Mulltiply both sides of this equation by 8 to get:

24+=+-15%2A4%2Ax

Simplify this equation to get:

24+=+-60%2Ax

Divide both sides of this equation by -60 to get:

-%2824%2F60%29+=+x

Since 12 goes into 24 two times, and 12 goes into 60 five times, then this equation reduces to:

-%282%2F5%29+=+x

I believe this is the answer you are looking for.
