Question 522478: This is a question on my worksheet. I don't know what to do with it. It says simplify:
(-2)^6
We have had other ones like 3^-5 which we solve as 1/3^5 but we have never had one that has a negative whole number so I don't know what to do with it

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(-2)^6 = (-2)*(-2)*(-2)*(-2)*(-2)*(-2) = 64

So (-2)^6 = 64
