Simplify log2 96-2 log2 6

If I were to entertain josgarithmetic's notion that the given problem be altered - apparently that's what
he seems to do a lot, work on problems other that what's given - then let's "play" along with this dude!

His altered version of the given problem is: log2 (96) - log2 (6)

Isn't this just SIMPLY: log2 96%2F6 = log2 (16) = 4? 
How easier can his altered logarithmic expression be, to simplify?
