The y intercept is (0,1/2)
To find the x intercept, solve for x in y =-3/4x+1/2
Set y = 0
0=-3/4x+1/2
Subtract 1/2 from each side.
- 1/2 = -3/4x
Multiply each side by -4/3
(-4/3)(-1/2) = x
4/6 = x
2/3 = x
The x intercept is (2/3,0)
