If that's so, then in 40+min= %281.50%2B40%29%2F20=$2.075
OR if it suggest:
1.50%2B%28m%2F20%29, then in 40 minutes, 1.50%2B%28cross%2840%292%2Fcross%2820%291%29
=1.50%2B2
=3.50
