Let f(x)=3x^2-1 and g(x)=2x+5
Find f(g(-4)) = f[(2(-4)+5] = f[-3] = 3(-3)^2-1 = 26

and g(f(-4))[ = g[3(-4)^2-1] = g[47] = 2*47+5 = 99
