(x^2-5x+4-10)/(x+1)(x-1)=0
(x^2-5x+4-10)/(x+1)(x-1)=0
(x2-5x-6)(x+1)(x-1)=0
(x-6)(x+1)/(x+1)(x-1)=0
(x-6)/(x-1)=0
x-6=0
x=6
