At 9;30, the minute hand is on the six, the hour hand is half way between 9 and 10.
There are 12 major divisions so one major division is,
theta=360%2F12=30
If each major division is 30 degrees, half of a major division would be 15 degrees.
Between the 6 and the 9 would be 3 major divisions.
Then adding the half major division would make a total of,
T=3%2A30%2B15
T=90%2B15
T=105
105 degrees
