as your brother.
C - 3 = 2(B - 3)
Replace C with 8 + B
8 + B - 3 = 2(B - 3)
8 + B - 3 = 2B - 6
Collect like terms
2B - B = 11
B = 11
Cousin = 19 years old
Brother = 11 years old.
