4 times age 4 years from now will be 4(x+4)
5 years from now my age will be x+5
5 times age 5 years from now will be 5(x+5)
10 times my age now = 10x

4x+16+5x+25=10x
add -10x to both sides
4x+16+5x+25-10x=10x-10x
4x+16+5x+25-10x= 0
