You would rather have us load a potentially dangerous image.
b=30+c
(b+10)/(c+10)=3/2
band has 80
chorale has 50
check
90/60=3/2
80-50=30
ok

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
r*t=d
I think you have up and downstream reversed
downstream is with the current
but it can't be.

(r-4)*t=46
(r+4)*t=123
r = 676/77, t = 77/8
r=8.77922, t=9.625

Polynomials-and-rational-expressions/456068: 3/c-4 = c-1/c-4
Please solve that rational equation using cross multiplication and lowest common denominator...
I see that c-4 is the common denominator but do you still have to multiply by c-4?
1 solutions

Answer 313069 by richwmiller(9135) About Me  on 2011-05-31 21:46:23 (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website!
No need to cross multiply.
It is like having 3/x=(c-1)/x

so 3=c-1
c=4
but c cannot equal 4 since it would make c-4=0
and we can't define division by zero
so there is no solution.

2x^2 - 3x-5-3x^2-x+6
-x^2-4x+1

Number-Line/455777: Where should I place -1.7 on the real number line? I know the general idea of where it should be (.7 to the left of -1), but there are no exact lines on the graph to place it exactly in that place. Should I estimate as to where it should go? Thanks.
