it is 600 times 300 because twice as much as 300 is 600 and 600 times 300 is 1800


Probability-and-statistics/348343: Urn A has 6 white and 4 red balls. Urn B has 16 white and 13 red balls. We flip a fair coin. If the oucome is heads, then a ball from urn A is selected, whereas if the oucome is tails, then a ball from urn B is selected. Suppose that a red ball is selected. What is the probability that the coin landed heads?

urn a has 4 red balls. whenever a head appears urn a gets it. So the problem asks to write the probability of getting a red ball. So the answer is 4/39.
