You can put this solution on YOUR website! In each group there are 4 teams; team 1,2,3 and 4.
Group no 1:
1 vs. 2
1 vs. 3
1 vs. 4
2 vs. 3
2 vs. 4
3 vs. 4
As you can see 6 games will be played per group.
6(the amount of games played in each group)x5(the amount of groups)=30(the amount of games played in total)
Therefore, each group will play 6 games and there will be 30 games played in total.

Travel_Word_Problems/388842: two helicopters take off at the same time from the same airport and travel in opposite directions. The northbound aircraft travels at 350 km/h and the southbound aircraft is 25 km/h slower. In how many hours will the two helicopters be 2025 km apart? 1 solutions

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Time Northbound Helicopeter Southbound Helicopter Total Distance apart
(distance from the airport):(distance from the airport): (from each other)
Hour 1:------350km----------------------------325km-----------------675km
Hour 2:------700km-----------------------------650km----------------1350km
Hour 3:------1050km----------------------------975km----------------2025km
Therefore, they will be 2025km apart in three hours!
Note: Ignore the dashes, they're supposed to be blank spances, without them, this wouldn't look like a chart.

Pythagorean-theorem/388314: Find height of tree using pie pan and ruler? 1 solutions
Answer 274868 by MCAT(6) on 2010-12-22 17:02:56 (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website!Measure the pan's diameter, find out the height of the tree (by measuring) in pans (the amount of pans the height of the tree is equivilant to). Then convert this into inches, feet, yards, whatever your ruler used as a measurement knowing the diameter of the pan.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The question is asking you to basically find the mean of the data:
Mean=(Data 1+ Data 2)/(divided)Number of data
Our data here are $500,000 and $720,000, so here is the equation:
Company's sales in 1997(mean)=($500,000+$720,000)/2
=$1,220,000/2
=$610,000
Therefore, the company's sales in 1997 were worth $610,000 (estimation)
