You can put this solution on YOUR website!Open up EXCEL.
Make one column with the year data.
Right next to it make another column with the total data.
Highlight the data.
Click on the Chart Wizard, pick scatter plot.
Once the chart is complete, right click on the data point and choose Add trendline.
Choose Linear.
In the Options tab, choose Display equation .... and Display  value.
