The acceleration is not constant, so no solution is possible without additional info.

You didn't give the speed of the radar beam, so I'll assume 300,000 km/sec

The 1st eqn says 2x+3y = 15, the 2nd says it = 10.
It can't be both, so there's no solution, meaning there's no x&y that fit both equations.
If you graph these, you get 2 parallel lines. No intersection, no solution.
