The theoretical probability of undesirable side effects resulting from taking Grebex is 1 in 20. If 500 people take grebex to lower their blood pressure, theorectically how many will encounter undesirable side effects?
I used P(E)= undesirable side effects/total number of possible outcomes
P(1)= 20/500
= 1/25
is this correct? or am I using the wrong formula?
