sinx = cosx,
divide by cosx
sinx/cosx = 1
hence tanx = 1
x = tan inverse1
x= 45
Comment from student: I want to ask .. Where did u get 1/13?? My own solving resulted into 8 bec... there are 4 queen and king in a deck of card therefore there are 8 ways .. (Just sharin')

Comment from student: Thank you very much Stan! I guess I should have explained what I had to do with the problem. We are factoring trinomials. I am amazed at the answer that you have me though! That is amazing! Do you know what the answer is if you factor it? I believe it is prime because I cannot find numbers that are a product of 48, and a sum of -15.
Comment from student: Hi,
I am still kind of confused because for b, if we were to do 5!/2! that would be okay if we only had 5 letters, 2 of them being w's, when we have 6 letters, but I think I know how to do it, so please correct me if I am wrong....
For b we should do 4C3, to choose 3 of our 4 consonants for our 5 letters, (the other 2 letters being the 2 w's) and then multiply it by 5! and divide by 2!
Right?

Identify the distribution of the sample mean. In particular, state whether the distribution of (x bar ) is normal or approximately normal and give its mean and standard deviation.
The heights of people in a certain population are normally distributed with a mean of 66 inches and a standard deviation of 3.1 inches. Determine the sampling distribution of the mean for samples of size 36
