Comment from student: Thank you so much for your help! The book says the answer is x=50 though. After looking at it again I came up with.. 180-x-10=3(90-x) 170-x=270-3x 170+2x=270 2x=100 x=50 Does that make sense?? Thanks again for your prompt response and help I really appreciate it!!
