Outer times outer will be {{{4x*sqrt(2)* (-3y)}}} or {{{-12x*y*sqrt(2) }}}
Inner times inner will be {{{(-3y)* 4x*sqrt(2)}}}or {{{-12x*y*sqrt(2) }}}
Last times last will be {{{(-3y)*(-3y) }}} or {{{+9y^2}}}


Put it all together, and you should get:
