Question 1728
I'm guessing you mean the absolute value of (4x - 6) when you type /4x-6/

To solve this equation, you solve the following two equations:
4x-6 = 5 and 4x-6 = -5

You do this because |5| = 5, and |-5| = 5.

The first one gives 4x = 11, which means x = 11/4.
The second one gives 4x = 1, which means x = 1/4.

So x = 11/4, or x = 1/4.
