Perimeter of a triangle is just the sum of the three sides.  So, add up the sides:
 x +3x +3x+2= 37
7x + 2 = 37
7x= 35
x= 5
3x = 15
3x+2 = 17


Check:  5 + 15+ 17 = 37  It checks!
