The first one... you cannot find the value of x because you are not told what all this equals... no equals sign. All you can do is mess around with the expression and simplify it, as follows:

{{{ (4/x) + (3/6) - (2/6) }}}
{{{ (4/x) + (1/6) }}}


then perhaps:
{{{ (24/6x) + (x/6x) }}}
{{{ (24+x)/(6x) }}}


but still, this does not tell you what value x is.
