Question 76013
<pre>
You can graph -2x + 3y = -9 by assuming values of x then substitute
the assumed values to the equation to find y

 Let x = 0
        -2x + 3y = -9
      -2(0) + 3y = -9
              3y = =9
               y = -3

    Plot the point (0, -3)

Let x = 3
        -2x + 3y = -9
        -2(3) + 3y = -9
        -6    + 3y = -9
                3y = -3
                 y = -1

   Plot the second point (3, -1)

Then draw a line passing through the two points.

{{{graph (200, 200, -2, 9, -8, 3, (2/3)x-3)}}}
