 {{{log(1/9,sqrt(3))}}} = -1/4  as   {{{1/9 = 1/3^2}}} and {{{ 1/(3^2)^(-1/4) = 1/3^(-1/2) =  sqrt(3)}}}

as {{{(10^(1/2))^(-10) = 10^(-5) =  1/100000 = .00001}}}
