I can't figure out where to even start with this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 
It says to solve and put my answer in a solution set.

Draw a number line with all the zeros in it:
<...-....-18.....+....-15......-.......3.....+.....>
By inspection of the factors, you can see that when x>3, f(x)>0.
As you move to the left thru the remaining factors, f(x) switches signs as we go thru a zero of odd multiplicity like 1,3,5, etc. All zeros in this case are of multiplicity 1. The signs of the different intervals can be verified by plugging in x-values within the intervals.
