*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \frac{2}{3}x\ =\ 16]

Solve for *[tex \Large x] to get the total number of buttons, then subtract 16 from *[tex \Large x] to get the number of yellow buttons.
