in an inequality {{{x<1}}}, {{{x>0}}}, {{{x<=0}}}, {{{x>=0}}}, when you divide both sides of the inequality by a negative then you have to flip the inequality.  so:

{{{x<9/-3}}}
{{{x<-3}}}
