I can't see the diagram, I am assuming you want the are of the circle which does not contain the triangle.

So, we have a right triangle with legs 5 and 12, by a^2 + b^2 = c^2 we get the hypotenuse to be 13.

This is also the diameter of the circle as given.

We can find the area of the triangle to be 1/2 5 * 12 = 30.

We can find the area of the circle as pi (6.5)^2  = 42.25  * pi = 132.73.
132.73 - 30 = 102.73., the area of the circle which is not contained in the triangle.
