Add 29% to 31%.  Subtract the result from 100%.  Convert the result to a decimal fraction (move the decimal point two places to the left and lose the percent sign).  Multiply the decimal fraction result by the total number of members.  Round to the nearest whole number if necessary.  It will be necessary to round if the result has a decimal fraction component and you are certain that the group does not allow fractional parts of members.
