Please help me solve this equation  {{{ 5 = negative square root of 7y-3 }}}  
SOLVE FOR Y

The only answer that logically makes sense to me is y = 4 but the answer ends up being 5 instead of negative 5.  I do not see a logical answer that could work.  Please help! ASAP!
