Question 287318
Hello,
Since we know the Circumference of a circle is = to pi times diameter we set up:
C=pi(D) Plug in the values:
18=3.14D Divide both sides by 3.14 to get:
D=5.7325 inches(rounded off)
There we go.
Make sense?
