Question 286263
graph the inequality on a plane.
5x + 6y 'is less than or equal to' 30
I am sure this is a simple solution, but I am terrible with finding the answers...the graphing part I'm ok with?? Thank you in advance.
-------------------
Graph the EQUALITY, which is the boundary of the INEQUALITY:
5x+6y = 30
y = (-5/6)x + 5
--------------------
Plot points (0,5) and (6,0) and
draw a line thru them.
---------
Shade the half-plane BELOW the boundary because
you want the y-values LESS THAN the boundary line y-values.
================
{{{graph(400,300,-10,10,-10,10,y<(-5/6)x+5)}}}
================
